CCC Beginner Chainsaw Class

Please join us in the classroom Saturday, July 18 and then in the field on Sunday, July 19. This training will give you everything you need to get started with fire mitigation safely. You will be allowed to participate as a sawyer at your own level on future Saws and Slaws events. If you are a newbie, we will pair you up with a seasoned sawyer so that you can get the hang of cutting. Please acquire your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before the class. You will need a chainsaw, chaps, gloves, hard hat, ear and eye protection and leather boots. Bring a lunch/snacks, plus water/drinks.
